What is genuine service?

To us it means:

  • Giving you a technical support answer within less than an hour. Not a ticket, but an actual answer to your question.

  • Real people and not server programs giving virtual service

  • Answering emails in less than 12 hours, usually in a couple of hours

  • Helping our clients and customers with even such tasks as setting up mail boxes, configuring their own computer and similar things which others expect you to do yourself through a control panel. Control panels are great if you know what to do with them. If you don't, then we do it for you

  • Helping directly with connecting your domain name with your new hosting account. Most people find this rather daunting

  • Helping directly with transferring your site to your new hosting space

  • Doing simple site updates (for clients for whom we made the site) within hours instead of days. And not charging a fee for it. This might consist of changing some text, replacing an image or two, adding a link, etc.
